Recently, Goelia Co., (Goelia) a women fashion clothing brand in Guangzhou, won Hangzhou Yapin Trading Co. Ltd. (Yapin) for malicious trademark infringement in the final judgment after two years fighting.

The court announced the final judgment that Yapin was claimed malicious tort and should destroy all its products concerning infringement.
